SOHTIS (Survivors of Human Trafficking in Scotland) is an organization that works to ensure the recovery and long-term well-being of survivors of human trafficking in Scotland. They support survivors to rebuild their lives, minimize the risk of re-trafficking and empower their integration into society. They work in partnership with others to encourage, enable and empower those rescued from human trafficking to rebuild their lives and integrate into society12.

UN House Scotland is a non-profit organization that works to eradicate human trafficking and modern slavery in Scotland. They do this through education, collaboration, and strategic partnerships with concerned citizens in all levels of society.

They provide support and counselling to victims, connect them with legal and medical services, advocate for their rights, and raise awareness of human trafficking.

TARA

TARA (Trafficking Awareness Raising Alliance) is a support service for trafficking survivors that was established in 2004 by the Community Safety Partnership in Glasgow. The organization provides support to women who may be trafficked and exploited and helps identify and support women who may have been trafficked for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation. 


TARA was established to provide support to women who may be trafficked and exploited, as now defined in the Human Trafficking and Exploitation Act (Scot) 20153.
